"Pretty sure it’s not the right fit"
I ordered this thinking it would work with my device, but it just didn’t really fit the way it was supposed to. The buttons felt kind of off, and the case kept lifting around the edges. I’m sure it’s a compatibility issue or just not made quite right. Either way, it was frustrating.
"Took way too long to get help"
Had to wait days just to get a reply, and when one finally came, wasn’t really helpful. Felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Fell apart way sooner than expected"
I was disappointed with this. It felt kind of cheap right out of the box, which I noticed while I was opening it at my kitchen table with my coffee sitting there getting cold. I figured maybe it would still hold up fine, but after not very long it already started coming apart. For what I paid, I definitely expected it to last longer. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I don’t think I’d order from esrtech.com again.

"Not worth the money?!"
I bought this from Esrtech thinking it would be decent, but the quality just didn’t match the price at all?! It felt way too basic for what I paid, and I really think I could’ve gotten something better for the money somewhere else.

"Had to follow up more than I expected"
My case started peeling after just a few months, so I reached out to ESR about the warranty. To be fair, they did respond and asked for photos and my order info, which makes sense, but every step seemed to take a couple of emails and a few days of waiting. After a while, it started to make me a little less confident in the whole support process.
The return or replacement option also wasn’t very clearly explained at first, so I felt like I had to keep nudging things along. They did eventually send a replacement, so I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Support came through in the end, just be prepared to follow up.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from esrtech.com the shipping was just... yeah, not good. The tracking barely updated, and the delivery date kept changing every time I checked. I was waiting and waiting, and by the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need the item anymore. Not the best first order at all. I probably wouldn’t order again if delivery is always like this.
